I wasn't seeing SB Guides from a Patreon creator (akaleth) anymore, so I tried removing and relinking the Patreon integration.

Upon re-linking, it opens the Patreon OAuth Confirmation page, where I approve and when redirecting back to flexslot I just get an empty looking page and can see there was an error from the URL (?error=patreon_oauth_failed). Patreon still shows as not linked in Integrations then.
